Thriller VS. Horror: A Storytale Festival Event

Dare to join us on Halloween, when YA authors Tracy Darnton and Gabriel Dylan will be hosting a spooky and thrilling event on the essential elements of horror and thriller stories. Which genre is best? You decide… Tracy Darnton and Gabriel Dylan will be bringing their arguments as to why their genre of choice should take the crown. Will it be the creeping chills of horror? Or the nail-biting suspense of the thriller? Whether you're a young reader or an author to pen your own YA novel, this event will open up the inner workings of how these genres work. Storytale is an exciting new literary festival founded by Ellie Freeman and author Kate Frost. Based in a variety of venues around Bristol, it is a week-long festival celebrating the wonderful world of children’s books. Accessible and affordable, there’ll be something for everyone from interactive and sensory storytelling for tots to inspiring talks and workshops for teens. Discover more at www.storytalefestival.com Suitable for younger readers. Tickets: £3 Standard Venue: Foyles Cabot Circus, SU21, Bridgstowe Street, BS1 3BH
