      Reflective Practice and Resilience for Frontline Workers

      For all frontline staff who are looking to build on their resilience and reduce the negative impact of stress in the workplace. Reflective practice enables individuals and teams to ‘step back’ from their work and to learn from experience, either individually or in a group setting. It is particularly important for staff working with people whose circumstances are complex. By developing reflective practice skills, staff can identify ways to build their resilience, to learn from challenging situations, and to use these skills to reduce the negative impact of stress in the workplace.
