Popular Resistance in Palestine: A History of Hope and Empowerment

Professor Mazin Qumsiyeh was born and raised in Beit Sahour and has been for all his life in the forefront of political activism, non-violent direct action and the struggle to end the Occupation and establish equal human rights for all Palestinians. He is the author of several books and hundreds of articles on the subject. This talk, part of a national tour, looks at the past and present of popular resistance in Palestine drawing from Mazin's own experiences. There is no admission charge but a donation to help to cover Mazin's costs is requested. The recommended donation is £10 or whatever you can afford. Refreshments will be available in the Palestinian Museum's excellent cafe.
