      6 week Nutrition and Wellness Programme to optimise your relationship with food and emotional health, supporting you to look and feel better. Example breakfasts and snacks to support balance WEEK 2: HEALTHY PLATE OF FOOD Learn the importance of foods to support our feel good hormones Practicals ways to include protein and nutrients needed for our feel good hormones into our every day meals Understand our unconscious thinking patterns, how we keep ourselves stuck in limiting beliefs and how to change them. Take Home: Receive a Healthy Eating Plate with a difference and a Worksheet Tapping Tree. WEEK 3: WHY FATS DON’T MAKE YOU FAT Learn the healthy fats in food that support your emotional health What fats should you cook with and eat and what should you avoid and why Cooking tips to keep you fuller for longer and maximise your absorption of nutrients Busting the ‘positive thinking’ myths and why you can’t just think yourself better! Applying E.F.T and practical tools to help you change the way you think and feel about yourself and food  Take Home: Tips to keep you fuller for longer and maximise your absorption of nutrients. Tapping exercise at home. WEEK 4 : HOW TO SUPPORT YOUR GUT Learn how your gut may affect your mood Discover what foods can support and impact on gut health and plan what you will do differently to support (your gut). Understanding our behaviours and relationship to food from the Chinese Medicine perspectives, and how we can borrow from that into our everyday lives. Take Home: Example recipes to support gut health. Chinese Medicine 5 elements table and food types. WEEK 5: STRESS & SLEEP Learn how foods and lifestyle factors can impact stress and sleep Discover how you can support your stress (adrenal) & sleep hormones through making 1-3 changes to your food. Top tips on how to physically and emotionally alter your reaction to stress triggers using tapping, acupressure points, breathing techniques and physical exercises. Take home: Relaxation Recording. example snacks and meals to support sleep. WEEK 6: ORGANIC VERSUS NON ORGANIC FOODS. PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE Are there benefits of buying organic foods and what are the most affordable options? Putting together all your food changes how can you sustain these and continue to benefit. Where to go from here – Reviewing and practising, then creating your self care plan for the future Take Home: Support Options going forward for Nutrition and Health Coaching.
