      Bollywood Dance Workout

      This is a class for ladies (girls aged 11+ welcome too) who would like to learn some basic moves of Bollywood dance and then get dancing to super fun and sassy songs. Your super-friendly dance teacher, Farrah, will make you feel welcome and as comfortable as possible.In the 45-minute session, you'll warm up for 15 minutes with some gorgeous music and moves. You'll learn how to shimmy and shake and use your hips like you've never used them before! Then, we'll get dancing to some of the best Bollywood songs ever made. At end of the class, we'll finish off with a yoga-style cool down. In this class, you'll get to dance, get fit and have the best time doing it as wiggles and giggles are guaranteed! This class is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.  Please wear comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water. I'll supply the colourful jingly jangly skirts!
